At Elzric, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process, ship, and handle your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us at help@sentinelbodycare.com.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses at this time.

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been processed.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, contact us immediately at help@sentinelbodycare.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund when appropriate.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Elzric is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
