Elzric Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Elzric, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Our policy is designed to be simple, fair, and hassle-free.

1. Returns & Exchanges: The Elzric Standard

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery because we believe you should have enough time to experience Elzric products with confidence.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
✔ The product must be unused and in its original packaging
✔ The request must be made within 20 days of the delivery date
✔ Proof of purchase is required

2. What Can’t Be Returned?

While we strive to be as flexible as possible, we can’t accept returns for:
❌ Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
❌ Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event
❌ Gift cards

💡 Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement — no questions asked.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

🚀 Step 1: Email help@sentinelbodycare.com with your order number and reason for return.
📩 Step 2: Our team will review and provide a Return Authorization if eligible.
📦 Step 3: Ship the item back using the return instructions provided.

💰 Refunds: Processed within 7 business days once we receive and inspect the return. Funds will be sent back to the original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges: If you’d like a different item, follow the return process and let us know what you’d like in exchange.

4. Who Covers Shipping?

✈ Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
🚀 Exchanges: If the exchange is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective, etc.), we’ll cover shipping.

🌎 International Orders: Due to logistical challenges, we currently do not accept international returns.
